Bituo Technik launched the eFAB type-EV RCBO, an integrated Type-A RCBO and RDC-PD designed to provide comprehensive residual current protection for Mode-3 EV charging systems in compliance with IEC 61851-1 and IEC 60364-7-722 standards.
Independent & comprehensive protection: Integrates both AC 30mA (Type-A) and 6mA DC residual current protection. Unlike standard RDC-MDs, it trips independently of main-circuit relays in the event of a fault, ensuring maximum safety and mitigating electrical accident risks.
Space & cost efficiency: Features a compact 36mm (2MW) width, saving 50% more space than traditional combinations. It offers a highly cost-effective alternative to Type-B RCDs without compromising protection, alongside flexible wiring and smart operation capabilities.
